Museum of Moscow
April – May 2021

In the spring of 2021, as part of a collaboration between the HSE Sound Design Laboratory and the Museum of Moscow, I had the opportunity to participate in creating a sound identity for the museum. Over the course of three days, the laboratory specialists were based at the museum premises, studying its history and meeting with staff and departments in order to gain the deepest possible understanding of the organization’s values and mission. After three days of work, three different sound branding concepts were presented to the museum’s director, Anna Trapkova, as well as to the heads of the PR department. Ultimately, one of the three options was approved, which was then finalized and delivered to the museum.

As part of the audio branding development, an audio logo and audio DNA for the museum were created, along with their adaptations for video formats for social media, the in-house public address system, and others.
